Nigerians have been thrown into mourning following the death of the Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Atanda Olayiwola Adeyemi.
The monarch was 83 and reigned for 52 years, which made him the longest serving monarch in the State.
Some Nigerians took to social media, describing his death as a colossal loss to the Yoruba land, adding that he was a role model to all.
