The Minister of Nigerian Information Lai Mohammed said on last Friday, nine ministers has resigned following a instructions given by President Muhammadu Buhari to do that before May 16, after he told them that anybody that have interest to run in the coming elections.

According to reporter on Friday, the Minister of Justice Abubakar Malami, had also retiring his bid for the governorship of Kebbi State to substitute Atiku Bagudu.
